At Bushel & Peck, we want getting paid for your sold items to be simple, transparent, and rewarding. Your earnings are based on the final selling price of each item, after any applicable markdowns.

Markdown Schedule
To keep inventory fresh and maximize your chances of a sale, accepted items follow our standard markdown schedule during the 60-day consignment period:
- Days 1–30: Full price
- Days 31–45: 15% off
- Days 46–60: 30% off
Your earnings are calculated from the item's final selling price after any applicable markdowns or promotions.
Unsold Items
The consignment period lasts 60 days. After the period ends, consignors have 7 calendar days to collect any unsold items by scheduled appointment.
Items not collected within the pickup window become the property of Bushel & Peck and may be donated or otherwise handled in accordance with the Consignment Agreement.

A consignor dashboard is planned to make it easier to view active listings, sales, available balances, and payout eligibility in one place.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 5th of each month for eligible requests submitted by the 3rd. Requests received after the 3rd will be processed in the following month's cycle. If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be issued on the next business day.
How will I know when my items sell?
Once the consignor dashboard launches, you'll be able to monitor sold items, balances, and payout eligibility from your account. Until then, Bushel & Peck will provide updates directly.
What if I don't request my payout?
Your earnings remain in your consignor balance until you submit an eligible payout request. Balances do not need to be requested every month.
Can I switch between PayPal and store credit?
Yes. You may choose either method each time you submit a payout request. The selected method applies to the full balance included in that request.
Can I split my payout between PayPal and store credit?
No. Each payout request must be issued entirely through one method.
What happens if my balance is under $25?
Balances under $25 automatically roll over each month until the minimum is reached for a PayPal payout. Store credit may be requested at any available balance with no minimum.
Can someone else pick up my unsold items?
Yes, with prior written authorization from the consignor. The authorized person may be required to show identification at pickup.
How long does a PayPal payment take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days after the payout date for the payment to appear in your PayPal account.
What if my PayPal information is incorrect?
Please make sure the PayPal email address you provide is accurate and associated with an active PayPal account. Payments that are delayed or returned because of incorrect information will be reissued during the next available payout cycle after your information has been corrected.
