Product Quality Standards

All products must be well-made, safe, and appropriate for our boutique's family-friendly aesthetic. Items should be clean, complete, and ready for sale. We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet our quality or brand standards.

Branding Guidelines

Products should align with the Bushel & Peck brand — thoughtful, quality-focused, and family-oriented. We specialize in children's clothing, baby gear, toys, maternity wear, and related items. Products outside these categories may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Commission Structure

For consignment arrangements, vendors receive 70% of the final selling price and Bushel & Peck retains 30%. Commission is calculated based on the final selling price after any vendor-requested markdowns.

Markdowns are not applied automatically — they are only offered if requested by the vendor. There is no store credit payout option for vendor partnerships.

Payment Schedule

Payouts are automatic — no request is required. Payments are issued on the 5th of each month via PayPal for all sales completed in the prior month. When the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be issued on the next business day.

Vendors must have a valid PayPal account to receive payment. Please ensure your PayPal email address is included in your application.

Consignment Term

The standard vendor consignment term is 90 days. At the end of the term, unsold items may be retrieved by appointment or handled in accordance with the vendor agreement.

Restocking Expectations

Vendors are expected to maintain consistent inventory levels and restock in a timely manner when items sell. Bushel & Peck will communicate inventory needs and restocking opportunities as they arise. All restocked items are subject to the same quality review as initial submissions.
