- All items must be freshly washed, wrinkle-free, and free of stains, odors, and pet hair.
- Bring items neatly folded or laid flat in a clean bin or laundry basket — not on hangers or in trash bags.
- Review our Brands We Accept page if you have questions about specific items.
- Bringing a car seat, booster seat, or crib? A completed safety form is required before acceptance. Download the required forms here and bring the completed form to your appointment.

What to Include in Your Message
